Order Processing Time
When we process your tire order
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Typical processing time is:
- 1–2 business days for in-stock tires
- 3–5 business days during peak seasons or for special orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods
How your tires are shipped
We ship tires using trusted, nationwide carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight companies.
Available delivery options:
a. Home or Business Delivery
Tires can be shipped directly to:
- Your home
- Your workplace
- Any valid address you provide
A signature may be required for delivery of high-value orders.
b. Partner Installer Delivery
You may choose a Partner Installer from our Partner List. By selecting a Partner Installer, you acknowledge that:
- They are independent businesses, not employees or representatives of My Fantastic Tires
- Delivery hours and receiving capabilities vary by location
- Installation service pricing is set by the installer, not by My Fantastic Tires
- You are responsible for contacting the installer to schedule installation
We are not liable for installer fees, workmanship, or scheduling issues.
Shipping Rates
How shipping costs are calculated
Shipping rates depend on:
- Tire size and weight
- Number of tires
- Destination ZIP code
- Carrier surcharges
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Free shipping promotions, when available, will apply automatically if the order qualifies.
Estimated Delivery Times
How long shipping usually takes
Estimated delivery times typically range:
- 3–7 business days for standard ground shipping
- 2–4 business days for regional deliveries
- 7–14 business days for oversized or special-order tires
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Inventory shortages
- Holidays
- High seasonal demand
My Fantastic Tires LLC is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Following your shipment
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Carrier information
- A link to follow shipment progress
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier’s system.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
What to do if something goes wrong
a. Damaged Packages
If your tires arrive damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Do not install or use the tires
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@myfantastictires.com
We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacements if applicable.
b. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows “lost” or “undeliverable,” contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
c. Missing Tires in Multi-Piece Shipments
Tires often ship individually and may arrive on different days. If more than 2 business days pass between deliveries, contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
When shipping details are wrong
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:
- Carriers may charge rerouting fees
- Delivery may be delayed or canceled
- Additional fees may apply for re-shipment
We are not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
Where we currently ship
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Delivery to Apartments & Restricted Locations
Special delivery situations
For apartments, gated communities, and restricted-access areas:
- Delivery may require additional instructions
- Carrier access may be limited
- A signature may be required
We recommend shipping to a Partner Installer or workplace address if delivery access is limited.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
When packages come back to us
If a package is refused or returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer refusal
- Inability to deliver
- Failure to pick up a held package
The customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping fees
- Re-shipment costs
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
