How returns, refunds, and cancellations work when you shop on MyFantasticTires.com.
Eligibility for Returns
When tires can be sent back
To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:
- Tires are brand new, unused, and never mounted.
- No signs of installation, wear, or road use.
- Original condition and labels are still intact.
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
Used, mounted, or damaged tires cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
What we canβt take back
We cannot accept returns for:
- Tires that have been installed or mounted.
- Tires that have been driven on or exposed to road use.
- Clearance, special-order, or final sale items.
- Custom or modified orders.
- Tires damaged due to mishandling or improper installation.
Partner Installer labor fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
How to start a return
To start a return:
- Email support@myfantastictires.com with:
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- Reason for the return.
- Photos of the tire(s) in unused condition.
- We review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
- Tires must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for shipping?
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturer defect, etc.):
- Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility.
- Fees may be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
- Oversized or weight-based carrier fees may apply.
If the error is ours, we cover all return shipping expenses.
Refunds
How refunds are issued
After your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5β10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Mounted, used, or damaged tires will not be refunded.
- If items are not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.
- A restocking fee (typically 10β20%) may apply, depending on tire type and condition.
Exchanges
Getting a different tire
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead:
- Return the unused item for a refund (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the correct tires.
Order Cancellations
Stopping an order in time
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.
If the order has already shipped, it may still be returned under this policy, but:
- Return shipping costs apply.
- Restocking fees may apply.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@myfantastictires.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
When something arrives wrong
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take clear photos immediately before installation.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not install or use the tire(s).
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Installed tires are not eligible for exchange or refund, even if the wrong product was shipped.
Manufacturer Warranties
What the tire brand covers
Most tires include a manufacturer warranty covering:
- Workmanship and materials defects.
- Treadwear (varies by brand and model).
Warranty claims are processed directly through the tire manufacturer. We can help by providing:
- Purchase documentation.
- Serial numbers.
- Manufacturer contact information.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:
- Improper installation or mounting.
- Road hazards or impacts.
- Misuse, racing, or off-label use.
- Incorrect tire pressure or lack of maintenance.
Partner Installer Shipments
If your tires shipped to an installer
If your tires were shipped directly to a Partner Installer:
- Inspect your tires before installation.
- Once installed, returns or refunds are no longer possible.
- Installer labor and service fees are not refundable.
- Any disputes about installation must be resolved directly with the installer.
