With your first tire purchase, you may receive a QR code sticker to place on your vehicle. By using the QR code, you acknowledge and agree that scanning the code will direct users to your profile page, you are responsible for keeping your account secure, and anyone who scans the code may have access to the information you make available (such as vehicle details). We are not responsible for misuse of your QR code by others.

Live Chat & Communications
We may provide live chat support for tire questions, order assistance, or installer coordination. You agree not to submit abusive, threatening, offensive, fraudulent, or unlawful content. Chats may be recorded for quality assurance and customer service.

Tire Sales & Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and fitment details. However, we do not guarantee that tire descriptions are 100% accurate, product images exactly match the actual product, or fitment recommendations will be perfect without user verification. Partner Installer Network (“Partner List”) We may provide a list of independent tire installers (“Partners”) who can receive shipped tires on your behalf. By selecting a Partner, you acknowledge that these Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of My Fantastic Tires. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee their work. Installation fees, services, and availability are determined solely by the Partner, and any disputes regarding installation must be resolved with them directly. We may offer promotional features, subscription agreements, or marketing placements to Partners.

Payments & Billing
All purchases made through the Website must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We use third-party payment processors, and by completing a purchase, you agree to their terms as well. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
